Strictly a summer only fixture, the Boot Camps are, as you might expect from the name, intensive circuit training courses. Sessions run every morning in Marble Hill Park from 6.15 to 7.15 for a two week period (Monday to Friday - you get the weekend off!). Perfect for that extra boost to your fitness, weight loss programme or if you are cross training for a tri-athlon or ultra event.
Expect to get wet from the early morning dew, if not the sweat, as the course incorporate press-ups and stomach exercises on the ground as well as running. The daily programme is balanced to ensure you can make it through, alternating the upper and lower body work. Individual fitness levels are gauged on Day One, to help you get the most out of what is not an insigificant commitment.

- Certain elements of the bootcamps are phyiscally demanding and you are aware of the risks.
- As part of the enrolment you agree that you are phyiscally capable of taking part in the sessions.
- You agree that run's liability for personal injury or loss or damage to property is limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of the negligence of run or its employees.
- You further agree that run shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage including loss of earnings arising out of your participation in the bootcamp nor for an aggregate amount greater than the fee paid for the bootcamp.
