invigorating than slogging your guts out in a steamy gym. We are so priviliged to be surrounded by such great spaces - Marble Hill, Moor Mead and Richmond Parks - let’s make more use of them!.
RUN has worked with a variety of clients, from elite junior tennis players, those training for endurance races to those who just want to get fit. Georgie herself has successfully completed the 25th Marathon des Sables, coming 4th Britsh woman, 326th overall and therefore has hands on experience of ultra racing.
RUN has workout programmes and routines that are varied and designed to meet individual goals. Whether it’s an ultra marathon, Olympic triathlon, marathon, 5km run or if you just want to get fit, RUN offers a variety of group sessions where you will can train with like minded people. Coming soon this autumn RUN will be offering clients a structured training camp to work towards running a marathon. Also those that have loved the bootcamps, these will now go ahead once a week from October in Marble Hill Park. These sessions are for those earlybirds, who possibly work or have childcare commitments and enjoy exercising in the morning.
